3. Orders, Products & Custom Designs

All orders are subject to product availability.

For custom-designed products, detailed specifications must be provided by the customer, and production starts only after final confirmation.

Custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or not as agreed upon.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

All product images shown on the website are real and reflect the actual items, but please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your mobile or screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EGP. 

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and credit/debit card payments.

For some custom orders, a down payment may be required before production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery to all Egyptian governorates.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and whether the item is custom-made.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns accepted within 14 days if the product is in original condition.

No returns accepted for scratched or used items.

Custom-designed products are non-refundable unless faulty or not as agreed.

For COD orders, refunds are issued after product inspection.
