Return Conditions 

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery 
• After 14 days , the product is no longer eligible for return and refund .
• Returned products must be in their original condition , unused , and in their original packaging .
• Returns will not be accepted for items that show scratches , damage , or signs of use.     

Refund Process 

• for credit / debit card payments, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment methods 
  
• for cash on delivery ( COD ) orders , refunds will be issued once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection .
• if a refund request in submitted after the delivery agent has left , standard shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount .
