- Cairo & Giza: Delivery is handled by our in-house logistics team, ensuring reliable and careful handling.
- Other Governorates: Delivery is carried out by trusted third-party courier companies. We package all items securely before dispatch.
2. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Orders (Ready-made Products):
Delivery takes approximately 10 to 18 business days from the order confirmation date. -
Custom Orders (Made-to-order Designs):
Delivery takes approximately 15 to 28 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and production queue.
Please note that these timelines are estimates, and while we strive to deliver on time, slight variations may occur due to location, demand, or external factors (e.g. weather, holidays, or courier delays).
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order size/weight, and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
4. Delivery Process
- Our team or the courier company will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
5. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
- If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with clear photos.
- We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, or force majeure, but we will do our best to support you throughout the process.
